TERMS
Arrival Guarantee:
We do require that the purchaser is available and does sign for their package. We cannot guarantee, if there are issues with the shipping carrier, or failure to sign for a package. If there are any problems, we need to be notified immediately (Within 2 hours of signing for shipment). We do guarantee that the animal that we ship out is healthy and has been routinely feeding in our care, however due to the change of environment and routine change while not in our care, we cannot offer any extended health guarantee.
Payment Plans:
Tell us what you need and what works for you. Typically as long as we have a time frame with a down payment, we can try to make a plan that works out for the both of us.
Payment Plan Terms:
We do ask that you be absolutely certain with yourself in a payment plan with us. We have held this animal specifically for you, and have taken this animal off the market for you. As the animal is no longer available to anyone else throughout the duration of the time frame that we have set forth, we can offer no refunds if the time frame is exceeded, nor do we offer any refunds if the buyer decides to re-negotiate or cancel on the payment plan. Money paid toward the specific animal(s) in the plan cannot be retracted and used toward a different animal or animals, or towards a different plan etc.
Laws and Legislation:
As time evolves so do laws and legislation. It is the customer's responsibility when purchasing, to know and adhere to all federal, state, and local laws - Ghost Morph Exotics will not knowingly ship to an area where said animals are prohibited nor will be held accountable for said transactions. It is agreed when purchasing from us that the buyer accepts full responsibility for this and has agreed to all of our terms of service when a purchase or payment plan has been initiated. Ghost Morph Exotics reserves the right to refuse sale/service to anyone.
